Great learning can happen anywhere!

FIrst day at my new school! There is a lot to like. The students and staff are friendly and happy (which means a lot) The classroom I am teaching in seems to be the worst in the school but hey great learning can can happen anywhere!

My class seemed very overwhelmed by my challenge to all things normal in a Maths classroom! I am beginning to enjoy challenging the status quo and really asking myself in every system "Why do we do it like this?" TTWWADI is to be found everywhere (thanks Ian Jukes) and especially in a new setting it seems more apparent to me.
